Herbal Tea is a mixture of unprocessed tea and several natural herbs in which no need to add extra sugar as well as tannin free. A single formula of indian herbs for stopping and cleansing rusted inner body parts.
All ingredients:
Green Tea, Black Tea, Ginger, Tulsi, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Shatavari, Yastimadha, Cardamom, Guduchi, Stevia, Ashwagandha-, Ginseng, Khaskhas, Aloevera, Sucralose and Tea Masala.
Direction for use:
- 100 gm.
- Intake 1 teaspoon for 3 cup thrice a day.
- No need to add sugar.
- First boil water or milk then add herbal tea for hot tea.
- Use cold water for Ice Tea.
Composition:
Green Tea
It is rich in EGCG Epigallocatechin gallate which acts as a powerful antioxidant that helps remove toxins from the body. It helps maintain body weight by removing access fat, supports good digestion and helps maintain cholesterol and blood sugar levels, improves brain function as well as reduce inflammation
Black Tea
It is made from the leaves of a bush called Camellia sinensis.Due to the process of oxidation turns the leaves from green to a dark brownish-black color. It has caffeine, other stimulants and antioxidants. It is effective for alertness, energy, improved metabolism and gut health. It may lower the risk of diabetes, high cholesterol, kidney stones and dental caries.
Ginger
It is an ingredient used as a spice and medicine that acts as anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant agent. It is commonly included in the daily diet. It cures any problems related to respiratory system, relieves any pain, accelerates digestion, treats digestion related issues like gas, acidity, constipation. It is also effective for treating nausea, vomiting, menstrual cramps, muscle cramps, motion sickness etc.
Tulsi
Tulsi is a holy plant that has both medicinal and spiritual properties. In Ayurveda, it is known by different names such as “Mother Medicine of Nature” and “The Queen of Herbs”. Tulsi is beneficial in relieving cough and cold symptoms due to its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antitussive (cough-relieving) and anti-allergic properties. Taking a few leaves of Tulsi along with honey helps relieve cough and flu as it improves immune health.
Black Pepper
It is one of the commonly used spice that is made from grinding peppercorns. It has active compound piperine that acts as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. It may improve cholesterol levels, blood sugar control, brain and gut health. It generates heat in body which in turn helps to clear respiratory blockage. It helps reduce appetite which helps in managing body weight.
