  • Please share your order details along with clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened healthcare, wellness, and personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
