Brahmi

It is a perennial herb that is known for its memory enhancing property. Brahmi leaves helps to manage cold, chest congestion and bronchitis by clearing out the mucus from the air passages thus it becomes easy to breathe. It also reduces pain and inflammation in the throat and respiratory tracts due to its anti-inflammatory property. It helps in managing age-related memory loss when used on a regular basis and gives mental alertness. Brahmi helps to balance Vata(which controls the nervous system) and gives a calming effect on the nervous system.

Karela

Also known as bitter gourd, is a vegetable with high nutritive value with vitamins (vitamin A and vitamin C). It is good for the skin due to its blood purification activity, helps improve digestion and enhances appetite. It is an anti-oxidant, so protects against skin diseases and prevents cell damage and helps manage the blood glucose levels .It helps to prevent liver damage due to alcohol and helps to improve liver functions..

Amla

It is also known as Indian gooseberry which are round with bright yellow/green in colour. It is sour in taste but used as an ingredient in various food preparation. It is a rich source of Vitamin C. Gudmar

It is wood climbing shrub whose leaves has medicinal properties. It works effectively for diabetic patients for both type I &II.
